The Webb School Sets Another Record For Annual Webb Fund, Pryors Announced As New Webb Fund Chairs

For the second year in a row, The Webb School set yet another fundraising record for The Webb Fund with donors giving $941,500 in Fiscal Year 2024. This number surpasses the previous record of $655,368 set in Fiscal Year 2023 and reflects an increase of 43.6%. It also signifies the seventh consecutive year of increases in Webb Fund contributions and sets the record for the highest amount of Webb Fund dollars raised in the school’s 154 year history.

Ascend Federal Credit Union Wins Cuna State Leveldora Maxwell Social Responsibility Award

Ascend Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union in Middle Tennessee, has won the 2023 Dora Maxwell Social Responsibility Community Service Award from the Tennessee Credit Union League (TCUL). The awards committee selected Ascend from applicants across Tennessee as part of the Credit Union National Association’s (CUNA) Award Program.

Blowing the Roof Off

 Eric and Niki Hensley are willing to take chances. They have built quite a life for themselves and their three kids by jumping off the proverbial cliff and believing that the net will appear. When they both found themselves unemployed, they took it as a sign and started buying and rehabbing older houses.
