Over 2,000 area runners and walkers hit the street on Thanksgiving morning to participate in the 15th Annual BoroDash! This family-friendly event has become a tradition over the years for many families, offering a fun, healthy start to their day.
Founded by Staci McCreary, BoroDash began in 2010 as the first ever Thanksgiving Day race in Murfreesboro. Their mission is to bring glory to God by raising money for charitable purposes and to provide our community with a well-organized family event. This year, BoroDash raised funds for Neema House, Greenhouse Ministries, Last Call 4 Grace, Stones River Manor Benevolent Fund and The Timothy Network. The fourmile course navigates through some of the most scenic areas of town, including MTSU, historic downtown, Main Street and the square.
