Tri Fit Murfreesboro recently hosted a great way to start the new year strong and energized + raise funds for an extremely worthy cause! Move With a Purpose enabled teams to compete both individually and against each other for exciting prizes. Each team was challenged to raise $1,000 to support Liberty Station - specifically towards providing wages for interns, giving individuals with employment obstacles the opportunity to gain meaningful job experience and develop their God given potential.

Liberty’s Station is a progressive workforce pipeline where 90% of the employees have intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), physical disabilities or other employment barriers. Employees are assessed, trained and gain work experience to then confidently acquire long-term community employment.
