Dr. Jen Massie is a doctor of physical therapy and created a wellness exercise class for our community to get people moving with less pain and with less risk for injury. The class focuses on improving posture, core strength, proper body mechanics, and positive attitude!
This class is for all fitness levels and ages but especially helpful for those of us who sit too much, type on computers, and look down at our phones. There will be other vendors on site as well spreading the message of positivity and wellness.
